Do your party buses provide roundtrip transportation or ONE WAY transfers?
We actually provide both services, although our general assumption is that you need a return ride (roundtrip transportation) unless otherwise specified. While 90+ percent of our party bus rides are roundtrip we do find that ONE WAY transfers can be used for going to/from Lake Travis, post-Wedding celebrations or simply as a reliable and fun way to get home in one piece after a long night.
How does party bus pricing work?
While most party buses charge based on time, we also price moreso on the “opportunity cost” of when the request is, i.e. six hours on a Monday is going to be generally cheaper than six hours on a Saturday. Other factors include things like availability, how soon you book, special events as well as the wear and tear on the buses for your job. We have found that over the years this actually helps mitigate our expenses and pass on the savings to the riders.
How can I get the cheapest party bus price?
To get the cheapest party bus price, book early and provide accurate details to your event. If you are flexible on times/dates, that helps as well. Additionally, booking multiple reservationations at once helps us potentially discount rides.
