I reserved a Fly-Rides bus for a company float trip last summer and couldn't wait to book again this year! The bus and driver were on time, very friendly, and overall fantastic, especially given we drove back into Austin during rush hour on 35. Booking with Scott is always seamless and friendly -- you're not talking to a salesperson getting you to just rent any ol' bus, you're talking to someone who wants to make your trip better and stress-free for you. The prices are always comparable and with the service, I would say that they are unbeatable! Can't wait to ride on the Diamondback this summer down to the river!

Fly-Rides was great! We've used them in the past and they didn't disappoint on our repeat visit. We had a corporate event planned and needed to shuttle our 30 guests. The driver, Phil, was fantastic and so courteous and patient with us. Scott, the owner, was always prompt in his replies and wonderful in his follow up/customer service. Booked Fly-Rides for Labor Day to transport me and my friends too and from Lake Travis for a barge about 18 miles outside of Austin. Friendly and knowledgable staff and they are family owned and operated by Scott who does the booking. They gave us a fair rate even though it was a holiday weekend and the bus was on time to pick up at our designated location. Our bus driver, Phil, was a really great guy and texted me to confirm a few days before our reservation. We took the candy cane bus which fits 60 people and the drive was still very smooth and we got to and from our destination safely and on time! Loved working with this business and would recommend them to anyone looking for bus rental for a future party or event near Austin!

This industry is very competitive, we have so many companies to choose from when planning transportation for a special event. Fly-Rides is incredible!! We've used this company for 3+ events. They were able to handle my party of 100+ people very well and efficiently. College crowds can be difficult to handle and sometimes it requires a lot of patience. Phillip and Frank (our drivers) were fun, ON-TIME, and were incredibly flexible. Aux cord is provided and these buses are well-equipped to have parties in. We had no issues with Fly-Rides and will continue to keep using them! This is the best customer service I have ever received. Seriously. I contacted them for a quote and although we ultimately decided not to rent a bus, Fly-rides was with us every step of the way. I will admit our group was SO difficult. They kept going back and forth trying to decide what they wanted to do. They were a nightmare. Fly-Rides stuck with us and followed up with us throughout the whole process without being pushy or annoying. They suggested options to try to help us decide what was best for our group. They were patient and so, so helpful. Finally when the group dwindled down to a very small number of attendees and most decided on using their own vehicles, Fly-Rides was understanding and welcomed us to come back anytime. I recommend this company highly. Great customer service.

Fly-Rides provided shuttles (3 total but we only ended up needing 2) to and from a big party we put together for one of our biggest clients. The buses were beautiful both inside and out. They were at the pick up location on time and the drivers were even there to help us load in our things. Once we arrived at our destination the drivers helped us unload and made sure nobody forgot anything they might need. The bus ride home was just as smooth. The bus had great AC and a good sound system w/ bluetooth. The Fly-Rides team were total professionals throughout the entire process. They are definitely going to be our go to shuttle service anytime we need one.

Wonderful and Affordable Transportation! Scott and his Drivers are great! I have used them on multiple occasions and they never fail to impress. These guys are always on time, and are great when it comes to communication. Scott will respond to any questions I have with 24 hours, normally less than that, which is very reassuring when it comes to transportation needs. They understand the importance of their job and do everything to make sure things run smoothly on your big day! I will definitely book with them again!

Great Service! From the moment I reached out to Fly-rides, they took care of everything. We booked them for two consecutive days - Friday to Lake Travis and back and Saturday to our wedding venue and back. We had to change our date due to unforeseen circumstances and the Fly-Rides team was so understanding. Throughout the booking process and leading up to the big day, communication was quick and clear. Day of (both times!) the bus drivers were always early, fun and kind. The parties started and ended on the buses - we had an amazing time!
