This is the best customer service I have ever received. Seriously. I contacted them for a quote and although we ultimately decided not to rent a bus, Fly-rides was with us every step of the way. I will admit our group was SO difficult. They kept going back and forth trying to decide what they wanted to do. They were a nightmare. Fly-Rides stuck with us and followed up with us throughout the whole process without being pushy or annoying. They suggested options to try to help us decide what was best for our group. They were patient and so, so helpful. Finally when the group dwindled down to a very small number of attendees and most decided on using their own vehicles, Fly-Rides was understanding and welcomed us to come back anytime. I recommend this company highly. Great customer service.
